Why webelieve recruitment needs a reset

Wedon’t think the world needs “yet another HR tool”. What it needs is a differentway of thinking about access to work.

We create mobile-first journeys that allow people toshow who they are and how they think – often in just a few minutes, sometimeseven without a CV. The process is structured, but never dehumanised.
  2. Wego where talent already is. The best candidates for frontline and operationalroles are not refreshing job boards all day. They’re working, studying, orscrolling on their phone. HooRa uses targeted social and digital campaigns toreach these people where they spend their time, in the language and format thatspeak to them.
  3. Weuse technology to reduce bias, not to replace humans. AI and automation can help standardise questions,compare answers and surface insights. But decisions remain human. We design our tools so that: every candidate is assessed on thesame criteria, recruiters gain clear, usableinformation, and candidates can express themselvesauthentically. Transparency and ethics are non-negotiable for us.
  4. We design for the reality of HR teams. Most HR and line managers don’t have extra hours to“play” with tools. They need clarity, not complexity.
