National Recognition for an HR Innovation Made in Valais

Created in 2019, the Swiss Digital HR Award recognizes projects that combine technology, organizational impact, and human progress in the fields of recruitment and human resources. In 2025, Valais shines: Téléverbier SA and HooRa SA win the award in the “Company (+400 employees)” category.

A Key Challenge: Recruiting Effectively in a Tight Labor Market

Téléverbier, one of Valais’ largest tourism employers, recruits several dozen seasonal workers each year in an extremely competitive market, where job openings are numerous but talent is scarce. Facing this reality, the recruitment teams sought a solution capable of quickly attracting qualified candidates while modernizing the application experience.

The HooRa Solution: From Scroll to Hire

The award-winning system is based on the HooRa methodology, structured in four key stages:

  1. Attraction: Launch digital campaigns that reach both active and passive candidates. HooRa distributes visuals and videos on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, using a targeted, mobile-first approach. Goal: Reach not only job seekers but also relevant profiles who are not actively looking.
  2. Conversion: Enable applications without a CV. Candidates can apply in minutes directly from their smartphones. A modern, inclusive experience perfectly suited for operational roles.
  3. Selection: Conduct structured interviews using voice AI. HooRa is the first solution in Switzerland to integrate a voice AI capable of conducting complete, structured interviews. Every candidate follows the same process, can speak freely, and is assessed against objective criteria. Result: A more human, less biased, and fairer recruitment process.
  4. Management: Centralize the entire process in an intuitive HR dashboard. This allows real-time tracking of candidates, interviews, scores, shortlists, and open positions.
A clear, continuous view of recruitment for Téléverbier’s teams.

Proven Effectiveness

This collaboration improved both the quantity and quality of applications:

  • A significant increase in the number of candidates,
  • A clear improvement in the quality of selected profiles,
  • A reduction in the time required to recruit seasonal staff.

Here are the concrete results achieved by Téléverbier with the HooRa system:

  • Over 333,000 views on campaigns
  • 947 applications generated
  • 456 interviews automatically conducted via our AI voice Alex
  • 160 ideal candidates identified for HR teams

These figures demonstrate the power of a complete digital funnel—from scroll to hire—even in a highly competitive labor market.
